Ordered 2 snake plants

Ordered 2 snake plants one large one It arrived coming out of the pot with damaged leaves Contacted customer service saying I wasn t happy with it as it was a 65 plant and was told to just keep an eye on it It is also just several potted plants not an established clump of plants and so is wobbly and unsteady in the pot However the other one I ordered which was a third of the price was far superior and well established and reasonably large for the cost So very different plants and not a good response from customer services

Offer refused

My order arrived from prickleplantsuk Present for my eldest and mum It was a shame I ordered thro the shopify app and not the website As I missed out because it wasn t visible on the 3 for 2 offer I did message but unfortunately it couldn t be changed apparently no offer to cancel order so I could re order to take advantage of the 3for2 offer

Not recommended

Plants sizes are deceiving It s like expectation vs reality it s so tiny like you are ordering a bonsai Then they won t tell you the tracking number so you really do not know when the order is arriving Some of the leaves of the plant already withered Gutted

Aspidistra turning into a Aspideadstra

Recently bought an Aspidistra cast iron plant Edges and tips of leaves were yellow and brown On closer inspection the leaves had been trimmed to remove other areas of yellow brown I wss told to wait a few weeks to see if things improve its common knowledge that brown edges and tips don t recover especially if it s been over watered I have gone back to another online supplier to purchase an Aspidistra having previously been happy with the health of the plants they supplied Mr Morgan

Not overly happy with the plants

I ordered a bunch of small plants as they are usually quite good value The ones I received were not in a great state and I m not talking about their shape being squashed from the delivery - 3 4 had couple of already dried up leaves others - damaged leaves Overall most of the plants seemed like they were taken from the corner of flower shop where they sell heavily discounted plants because they don t look great

Plants severely damaged on arrival

I ordered several plants and sadly most of them were severely damaged on arrival One of them a Watermelon Peperomia had almost half of its leaves cracked or fully broken The Fishbone Cactus was also in terrible condition with many of its stems snapped Credit where it s due the White Bird of Paradise I ordered came in good condition but given the overall spotty record I can t recommend ordering from Prickle

Got three beautiful plants that were

Got three beautiful plants that were classed as unkillerable One plants leaves ripped and another plant arrived died and all leaves fallen off Its a shame cause they should have been really beautiful but clearly not been stored properly before delivery

Poor

The ivy arrived in good health and although tiny was within size range Sadly my ferns all arrived in poor condition partially from the way they were packaged but 2 of them looked to be in poor health too They have damaged stems shrivelled sparse yellowing foliage and the asparagus ferns under foliage is completely matted I ve reached out with photos to request healthy plants to replace these that was 4 days ago though and still no reply or even automated reply with timescales

They had a hydrangea tree advertised as being in stock I decided to buy a small plant and pot too to bring it up to free delivery in addition to having a 10 discount code I subsequently discovered they no longer had the tree in stock and they refunded me for that minus the 10 discount which could have been applied to the small plant and pot How can you advertise something that is not available Pretty poor service to be honest

Disappointed in quality

Everything was squished together in the box causing the plant pots to be bent out of shape and most of the leaves on all plants but one small one were mostly damaged One small plant also concerningly appears to be mouldy
