Delivered on time Full convenient tracking details Lots of growing medium to keep the plant happy Maybe a little more moisture in the medium before shipping may have been better too but nicely packaged Gave it a good drink with rain water a spray of leaves when unpacked Nice sized plant worth the money Just need to find a suitable place for it to sit where it will be happy Thank you

I m beyond thrilled with my purchase The packaging was excellent and all six of my baby plants arrived safe and sound They re absolutely beautiful healthy and already thriving in their new home I couldn t paint my office walls pink so I opted for some pink plants instead and they ve added such a vibrant and calming touch to the space As a first-time plant parent I m crossing my fingers that I keep them happy and healthy but so far I m loving every moment Highly recommend

Beautiful healthy plants packed well and they arrived happy unaffected by their travels I had expected them to take longer ordered on a Friday received on Monday which was a very pleasant surprise Will use Prickle again X

Ordered some pots and plants The plants went missing in transit Prickle Plants were incredibly understanding and sent replacement plants immediately Replacement plants arrived very quickly The missing plants also turned up in a battered and taped box but the plant s amazingly were ok I informed Prickle that the missing plants had arrived I offered to pay for them but was kindly gifted them for my inconvenience A lovely kind gesture Prickle plants has super efficient customer service
