Not best pleased over charged

Not best pleased went to Primark today Poole Dorset pick out a new duvet set and sheets along with a foam pillow when I got to the till the sheet that was marked up on the front at 5 50 rang up in the till at 6 00 it was very busy in there so didn t want to hold everyone up and it was only 50p but imagine all the stores in the UK getting that extra 50p it would mount up to quite a bonus for Primark and how many other items are marked like this making Primark lots and lots of extra profit I have a photo on the item next to the receipt and by themselves if Primark would like to view as I always get asked for evidence on here love the way shops don t trust there customers anymore

Primark seems to be getting much more

Primark seems to be getting much more expensive lately- some of their puffer jackets at 36 are almost as expensive as other high street stores Not sure why their prices have increased so rapidly

Cheap clothing and even cheaper customer service

I feel sorry for the staff who are trained to be more focused on their policies rather than customer service I guess they also work long hard hours for not much pay It s depressing to see most of these large retail shops shutting down and evn more to experience such poor customer service fromt he only few that are left

Overpriced gone downhill

Sizing is off inconsistent clothing overpriced considering the profit margin they re making quality has gone really bad obviously no QC at all Only good value if if you buy the sale items Customer Service is very hit miss Layout of stores is so poorly thought out its unreal No atmosphere at all Really gone downhill the majority of customers are noticing

Basically I bought some new trainers when we were in Scotland visiting family last month - somehow the pull on tabs on heels one had completely unraveled looked awful Primark did not want to know re after sales - it s not the store I used to know love - prices are creeping up to

Not a nice customer service lady

Generaly I don t mind primark I mean I don t like it but it s not horrible My friend was trying to buy fake nails however when they questioned her age they didn t believe her My friend is a shortish 12yo and when she said her age the lady said Honey your NOT 12 Too short So then she wanted ID so I gave her MY zip card She sniffed and said Fine but you don t look 12 to my friend Horrible expericance Also the clothes are bad quality

Customer Service

Recently took a trip to the Belfast store Store was fine but customer service was terrible Woman behind the till on the very top floor was incredibly rude asked her a question and instead of answering she turned and asked her supervisor in a very mocking way as to shut us up Not impressed

Products made in communist countries

Its men s socks range is all made in communist China Terrible human rights issues supports Russia in the invasion of the Ukraine and is the UKs biggest threat to online security Primark should be ashamed

Prices are very expensive now and queues are long The disabled till wasn t made obvious and seemed to be serving people in the regular queue

Staff on the till have zero customer service talk to each other on the till don t acknowledge who they are serving ie the customer the person who pays your wages Customer service should be mandatory in any place of business
