I have just visited Primark in Sheffield Meadowhall I was served by a woman called Rachel on til 8 Well eventually I was The manager was stood at til 9 and they were too busy having a little chat to each other even though they had called us to the till When I questioned Pete after being served The Manager well that s what his badge said although I think he may have borrowed it as he certainly wasn t a manager Anyway when I questioned him about his lack of customer service to myself and my daughter to not be having a general chit chat whilst customers were waiting he chose to argue with me in the middle of the shop floor about what number til he was on and that he was handing over I don t care mate Sort your shop out and deliver better customer service to your customers Primark might be a shop full of tat but my daughter likes it and she deserves customer service regardless

I went to the primark in glasgow city center When i arrived it was ROASTING Felt like a turkey in the oven on thanksgiving The clothes were not folded Sweaty sticky children kept touching me and all of the items JUST to make things worse a worker was crawling on the floor and started chasing me on his hands and knees and jumped on me I am fully traumatized and have had to resort to therapy THEN a literal stray cat started caressing my toes i was wearing flip flops I ve just found out i have three diseases from this car including feet fungi and rabies when i complained to management THEY DIDNT GIVE ME A DISCOUNT could have at least offered me some new flipflops

AWFUL SERVICE IN WATFORD STORE Women called sajida and her manager refused a refund without any reason Spoke in their own language I wanted to exchange a top for a different size that I brought 1 hour ago and they wouldn t do so Will never shop there again

Awful Attitude on some of the staff members in Sunderland primark Poor customer service A staff member was just standing there just shaking her head in a uncalled manner when I was enquiring about an item Very rude

Daughter works for Tamworth store wasn t told she might only be christmas temp staff has just been told they won t be keeping her on 2 days before Christmas day she s 17 it s her first job they ve tried to blame it on poor attendance which is rubbish it s an excuse the management is diabolical very unprofessional at times I d advise anyone looking for jobs for their kids DONT GO TO PRIMARK They even wanted her to go in next week to tidy the store after Xmas not happening

My granddaughter received Primark items as a Christmas present which are too big We tried to exchange for a smaller size We explained we had not been given a gift receipt Asked the young assistant to speak to the Ballymena store Manager who was very rude Items had Primark tags still attached We were not looking a refund - just a size smaller Apalling Customer Service

Why have the prices suddenly gone high when it s just cheaply made clothing I m put off by it now I haven t shopped there for months

i waited an hour and half for a manger to sort a problem out the mangers was rude unhelpful made me feel i was not telling the truth and still was told wouldn t be sorted out for another week they have no customer services and treat they customer like this won t shop there again

I used to shop heavily at the Marble arch and Tottenham court road location due to finding some items of good quality an aviator real leather jacket for 40 pounds or some good 100 cotton shirts plus the tshirts for the gym etc however I really got put off by several incidents where staff passes near you pushing you as if saying look at me how important I am despite having just arrived here and not even speaking properly the language or worse swearing in their language at the customer for misplacing items etc The worst was when I lost a pair of designer glasses at Tottenham court road and I went to their Customer service to write the loss in their Lost Found book while a foreign and very abrupt guy kept looking over me writing the details I think I noticed the glassed being found in a different column as written by somebody but this security guy took the book off my hands straight away and disappeared at the back never returning Waiting for some 15min I asked one of their colleagues what happened to be told they do not know anything This happened while I had 2 security cameras above my head at the Customer service desk Head office did not want to investigate I will not go into how many times I saw women in long attire stealing stuff at the Marble arch location or asking their kids to steal and putting the items under their long religious clothing Or worse a guy in his 50s with a big belly also in religious clothing nonchalantly removed the price label off a coat and put it in his bag while the rest of his family covered for him The staff only looked at me when I told them the story and did nothing probably because they belonged to the same diaspora
