Need to improve Quality

The price of clothes is so competitive in the market I have never seen it before But little disappointed with the Quality It can be improved

Usually i love primark but i was looking for a case for my iPhone 11 pro max and i spent about 10 minuets looking for one and i couldn t find any Out of all the cases that were there non of them were the size i was looking for and they had every other phone but not the one i wanted I went to the basingstoke one so i m not sure if any of the other primarks have them but i even asked one of the staff and she said no i don t think we do But besides that primark has got good clothes and their cheap i buy form them a lot so there s sales a lot so that s good They do however change the shop round quite a bit so its hard to try and find thing So i would love if they added the case to their to the store then i can buy it

Busy Primark Store A Convenient Stop for Essential Itemsmark store is always

This particular Primark store is always bustling with activity The queues can sometimes stretch quite long and the organization and stocking of products could be improved However I find it convenient to visit when I need to purchase essential items like socks

It s fine for socks and underwear but everything else is gone so bad Sweaters are either down to your knees or too short Coats are poor quality All that s in the store at the moment are novelty items such as Lakers the Grinch gremlins and so so on childish stuff Womens clothes are a disaster

Poor quality

I have always bought Primark sheets for long as I can remember and having bought a new mattress recently I treat myself to some new sheets I have no idea whether or not Primark have changed manufacturer but the product is just awful I had hoped that they would soften up after being washed but sadly they remain really rough and uncomfortable Complete and utter waste of money a third rate product if ever there was one Destined for the charity bag sadly

Primark leicester haymarket Mens jeans almost 95 of them had the price tags ripped off so why you bother buying something without a price on because you haven t a clue come on Primark what s the hell is going on

I will visit only shops with cashiers left don t push that self checkout s t on people s if no cashiers I won t buy anymore from them I hated the experience today in Bletchley one that was only self checkout got in queue where only can go if returns but not to buy

Oh dear Primark

Not so long ago there was a great choice in mens footwear and clothing I also didn t have to travel down two floors to try anything on before a purchase was made Now the Primark experience resembles an afternoons clothes shop in 60 s communist Russia Come on guys have you forgotten why we used to enjoy visiting your stores

The store is huge

The store is huge but unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired Although there are plenty of tills there s a shortage of staff to man them resulting in absurdly long queues that seem to stretch for miles It s ridiculous Primark should have enough staff at peak times to ensure prompt service and efficient queues Many shoppers like myself enter the store but leave when they see these never-ending queues To improve the situation the store could also consider introducing self-service tills as an additional option

Awful experience

Was in Milton Keynes primark today there seemed to be a lack off staff around I had a question but couldn t find anyone to assist me When I eventually went to the tills a woman was there and told me to use the self service as I was paying by card I didn t like this and was unsure what to exactly do when I asked for help she huffed at me
