I recently had my birthday and decided to treat myself to a shopping spree at Primark The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me pick out some great outfits The prices were affordable and the quality of the clothes was impressive I ended up spending more than I had planned but it was worth it for the great shopping experience I had I ll definitely be back again soon

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Primark for their disabled checkout I have a few hidden disabilities and walk with a stick and wear a sunflower hidden disabilities card Apart from one occasion when I was made to feel small by one member of staff the staff have been nothing but helpful High praise given and thanks again

Excellent service from Robyn on Shoes in Primark Cardiff Such a polite and caring sales assistant Observed her helping lots of customers and couldn t do more Brilliant customer service

Some good bargains and usually have good range too Sizing is hit and miss though depending the clothing They can be reasonable priced for most things some things maybe bit more expensive Shame they don t do online and delivery to home as sometimes can be disappointing to make a journey HR one way to nearest store only to find they don t have the stock etc

I love primark Primark has some good clothes and shoes plus makeup specially this year 2022 I love how things are not that expensive however I think primark should improve on phone cases and school stuff example pens bags pencil cases also shoes for school by that I meant fully black trainers for school otherwise we all love primark

Please please please can primark invest in trolleys 1st people will be so pleased not having to try and carry them bags2nd imagine how much more selling could be involved by having a trolley3rd management must try and put homeward stuff in a basket without breaking anything then you will understand the need for trolleys obviously coined disc so they don t end up anywhere or pinched

Love shopping here ultra value some products like bags a little questionable at times delists the price tag but generally good finds Would be nice to see some more branding on some of apparel Reading store is nice enough with coffee shop Now click and collect so even better was going to order some boots like this Nice to see a greater online presence

If you are looking for in-expensive basic clothing accessories and housewares it s difficult to beat the low prices at Primark However there are some recent changes that are not good Primark have ditched the very useful cotton wool pads they sold in favour of re-usable face discs Apparently this is a nod towards saving the planet - really crazy as used cotton wool pads can be composted thus returning to mother earth wheras the coloured re-usable discs now on offer would have to be put through the washing machine which uses energy detergent water I won t be buying these I really don t want to re-use a facial disc after removing a day s make-up grime etc who came up with this idea Clearly not a woman I m getting a bit tired now of the constant virtue signalling forced on us customers by retailers Primark is by no means the worst offender

Not the best but It s good enough for 3-4 starsBut products are fairy cheap quality

Some really nice clothing okay quality and at a good price However the clothes are usually all over the place sometimes on the floor and notice staff are busy gossiping most times When I ask staff about an unavailable item they don t help or check for me I always end up finding it myself instead Generally my experience at Primark is good but sadly I experienced a horrible customer here - an old looking woman who kept staring at me in an unpleasant manner for no reason and then blatantly shouted across the floor have you got a problem when I did not say or do anything I didn t react to her at the time and simply ignored as I believe such nasty people are not worth reacting to and she may also have mental issues Unfortunately at the time I was shopping near her and overheard her child saying she needed to go to the toilet twice to her parents but the woman continued shopping and was also moaning at the child for not letting her shop Quite shameful of her Although despite seeing a miserable woman I still enjoyed the rest of my day
