Unfortunately I have lost my receipt with the lady s name on it but I was served by possibly the kindest sales assistant in that entire shop Primark in Hammersmith She was so helpful and packed my purchases carefully folding everything up and checking the sizes of socks garments etc My memory isn t what it was and I wish I could remember her name I put my receipt in my handbag but I have lost it so I can only say that she served me on the till directly opposite the front of a very long queue She was dark-haired kind smiling pleasant and exceptionally helpful She is a great asset to that store I hope others will give her a positive review

Was in Primark Bolton Crompton place today 2rd January 24 Standing in the queue and one of your assistants came to me and said as you have crutches please come to till 1 And will serve you She was so nice and friendly her name was Elisha Thank you Elisha I not long had hip replacement and I was in a bit of pain so that you for your help Debra D

Lovely Smiley brill customer service

I was served by a really lovely smiley lady called Sheryl apologies if spelt name wrong - on April 3rd at Telford Town centre Primark She was really welcoming sparked up brilliant conversation and a pleasure to be served by Thank you very much to this lady she is a true asset to your busy store

Customer service absolutely fantastic roisin on the swimwear dept always very very helpful When I visited the Belfast store roisin the girl with the blond hair that is always doing the t-shirt is always Doing a great job she is always helps me because of my disability The girl on the till today up stairs catline was very helpful I love the staff in the Belfast store I

Excellent service

Just been into Primark Norwich Had excellent help from Denise who went out of her way to look in the stockroom for me Despite being under pressure to put the stock out Excellent help from Caroline hopefully got the name correct who also went out of her way to help Both a credit to Primark Please give them the recognition they deserve

I love PRIMARK

The staff in general are so friendly and helpful Lewisham staff will take you to the item Always a smile on their face The cashiers are so patient They fold your clothes when bagging abd treats each customer with respect Just purchased your Wonder lash Amazing Best as well as your foundation range which takes into account dark skin

Primark West Bromwich - Hannah Paigie

Had fabulous customer assistance from Hannah at store in West Bromwich After multiple attempts to use One4All gift card having gone away to try and fathom error I returned twice to retry Hannah was so helpful trying to resolve issue for me I followed every instruction on my mobile to no avail On my last attempt Paige realised possibly due to my mob wallet error accepting card She used her own mobile put app on it asked me to sign into app it worked straight away I apologized as took a fair bit of their time Above beyond to help Pay rise needed for these lovely ladies Finally used gift card bought nice winter coat Cheers both

Folkstone store calm bright tidy

Visit the Folkstone store on the 15th May 2023 around 5pm The store is very spacious bright and tidy in comparison to other Primark stores I have visited a lot of Primark stores in different cities and I worked in NEXT so I appreciate how challenging retail can get So a job done the Supervisor of the day and Steven who was very polite

Shah at Primark in Birmingham was super helpful thanks for your great customer service I was paying for a large order and when there was an issue with my card he calmly advised what I should do as well as being patient whilst I had to make a phonecall to my bank
