Retail assistant Skye - superb customer service

I was in Primark Bexleyheath on Friday and received excellent customer service from one lady in particular Skye She is always very attentive and always personally takes me to the item in question This is very rare in the retail industry nowadays It is hoped that Skye will be made aware of my comment and the positive influence she has on Primark as a business

Amazing Customer service from Leah

When we were going to check out this amazing cashier called Leah was very helpful and welcoming She was also very kind to our religion she was saying Eid Mubarak witch really warmed our heart and she kept on warming us with kind word she also that type of person that understands everything even if you get mad at her We also had like a nice little conversation with her 5 5 experience if you can you should give her a raise even my daughters loved her I wish we had more people like her By Sabrina Love you primark

Well done Primark

I would just like to say how great the PS Gel effect long wear nail varnish is Only one coat is needed and lasts up to 3 weeks without chipping my favourite is the cherry red which goes with everything Well done Primark I have been looking for a Perfect Red for years and look forward to trying the other colours

I was given a voucher for my birthday

I was given a voucher for my birthday that needed to be activated and didn t realise The girl in the cashier at Meadowhall Sheffield on the 20th august bent over backwards helping us activate the card She must have spent half an hour with us working through the card which was very awkward to activate she was called Arouba I think and she had amazing customer service

came in with my grandma was buying her some thongs and she has a problem with diharreah and she sorta exploded in the changing rooms security though russia had dropped on us it was so loud and digusting whole building went on evacuation anyways she bought the diahreah thong and made the shop smell better poo poo way love it here if u smell diahreah blame my grandma sorry guys anyways she died from diahreah explosion r i p karen

Iv been shopping at primark Oxford

Iv been shopping at primark Oxford Street for years and there is 2 ladies who are always fantastic and always help I don t normally do reviews but these 2 ladies should be praised for there fantastic customer service I managed to get there names today Jackie and Wallace they work on the ground floor if a manager reads this please say to the ladies well done Thank you

Yesterday I bought some items from Primark I am writing for a cashier Leah is her name She did an excellent service she assisted me to find a Christmas T- shirt She was so friendly and helpful person I really appreciate that she tried to help me out and to make my day easier and better Thank you Leah and Merry Christmas

Left item at Primark

I bought an item from Primark and continued to have lunch i then realised i had left my bag containing 100 worth of christmas shopping in a panic i hurried back to Primark i managed to see the lady who had original served me who immediately remembered me and told me my bag had been handed i9n and proceeded to take me to customer services where she reunited me with my bag i have never been so relieved i can only thank the person who handed it in and saved my bacon Thank you Primark for being so efficient and amazing

came in here with my husband and left in the ambulance my husband put a bra on his head pretending to be mickey mouse as a joke one of the metal clip parts fell into his mouth and he began choking we had to call the ambulance 5 stars because we got in an argument beforehand please dont pretend to be mickey mouse to future customers xx

I have to say the young lady called Riz who works at the men s dept Blackburn store is an absolute star at the till she as the time of day for everyone customers love her she always is polite always as a smile and good manners an asset to your store indeed
