Want one in Washington

absolutely love Primark but have to travel quite a distance to get to a store either Newcastle or Sunderland We should have one in Washington we ve been asking for one here for years but to no avail I along with loads of people i know have said it would be fabulous to have one here Hopefully Primark will awknowledge Waahingrons desire to have one i ll keep my fingers crossed

Amazingly trained staff above and beyond

My husband i were in Primark Meadow hall shopping for xmas We struggled with direction and a lovely helpful lady Taneesha put hr work down she was doing and walked us to where we needed to be i couldnt thank her enough for her kindless patience Then we went to pay and the lady Lynda was on the till We had a lovely coversation with her i had bought angel candles for my 3 sisters as my mother had died she was so empathetic lovely we had a small chat around loosing people and she was under pressure with the que but she found a little time for us regardless shows humanity Meadowhall you have amazing staff thankyou

Colleagues in Primark Livingston are always very friendly and helpful especially Mary on footwear dept I was in once or twice looking for boots in my size she did check in warehouse but didn t have any in stock was in the other day and had gave up on them when she approached me and said she had a pair delivered and went to fetch them I was over the moon and she had went above and beyond great service

Kaye in the Sunderland store is a very Happy pleasant helpfull cheery person Actually looks like she s happy working which makes a change nowadays Kaye noticed there was an item missing in the make up remover pkt Kaye had no hesitation in putting it right for me

Best quality and value jeans and

Best quality and value jeans and trousers I bought 5 pairs of jeans 4 years ago and only now have I replaced them the old ones had not all worn out Just faded so good for painting Where else can you get such value and they are so comfortable I have bought expensive brands that do no last as long

I am personally very happy with my crocs and flip-flops I bought from Primark The crocs in particular are really sturdy comfortable and are the right size The Bracknell store is also really good

I m quite shocked by the negative reviews My local Primark is Newcastle upon Tyne and I ve been shopping there for 10yrs and always had a good experience Specifically yesterday I was accidentally charged for two items rather than the one I d bought I didn t notice until I got home and checked the receipt I went back this morning and was given a refund no arguments despite the fact I couldn t possibly prove I hadn t bought two

Customer service from two individuals were outstanding great to talk to and really helpful I asked for there names which were Joani P and Darcie they couldn t help me enough and made me feel so relaxed they got me a different size in some shorts too I really enjoyed this shopping experience thank you Joani and Darcie they re isn t enough people like you two Kind regards Rob redmile

Amazing service from Egor in Banbury primark

Yesterday I was served by Egor at the Banbury branch of Primark I spent 500 as we d come in for clothes for our holiday and bought luggage and house items Egor offered to help get the shopping to my car He was extremely polite professional and helpful I was very impressed with the service It s not often you get this level of service in any shops Super young man Thank you
