This app has cost me a significant amount of money At the most vital times it freezes up and wont allow access The O S constantly over loads shuts down or freezes So when its time to make money don t plan on making a move Then when going down still cant access or make a move Its extremely frustrating overall i am disappointed It seems they have there priorities mixed up instead of maintenance and efficiency all they care about is the money they make Ill tell you that part works great they never missed a fee The only pro is the trading fee s but so you know you never actually own the coins handout they belong to the company

The platform goes down exactly when volatility picks up in the crypto market The end result is you can t get in or out of positions when it matters If you email them about it they ll tell you to clear you cache and check your internet speed as though we are all stupid and the problem is on our end On top of that they have super expensive commissions I have spent 3700 on commissions the last 30 days AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very bad situation encountered today lost connection all of a sudden Not able to log in anymore This happened at a very crucial moment Sure there are some good experiences but this makes it a very unreliable platform for me Not stable enough thats my opinion

I downloaded the Coinbase Pro mobile app the sent my bank savings into the Coinbase Pro account and a few weeks passed and now the app disappeared on both my mobile and my laptop I have tried to re download the app and I have been blocked in doing so on Google Play and the Coinbase site I cannot get help I have never seen such poor support from a financial institution of this magnitude No live help who do I call

Nazi like policy and dated scripted customer support

The platform works good but as a customer you are nothing to them I was a victim of a scam My bank file a report and Coinbase ban me for life without any explanation or a chance to explain the situation Even then I told them that I would fully cooperate and provide any documentation required they said no and that I can not reapply for a new account in the future either Pure fascism

Unable transfer out my XRP

I ve been trying to transfer out my XRP to another wallet but the app keeps showing me an error saying I need to restart the app but it just won t work I contacted support and got an automated response then they closed my ticket to say Thanks for working with Coinbase Support We hope you were able to get the help you needed My issue is still not resolved and you can t seem to speak to a real person terrible customer service
