An excellent service with a lovely team

Procare has been cleaning for us for many years I have an excellent team of cleaners who come regularly and so I have got to know them well and they know us and the house Continuity like this is so important The team are professional and courteous at all times and they do an excellent job I wouldn t be without them As an organisation Procare has responded well to the pandemic keeping customers up to date with any changes to the usual service the use of PPE and changes to products and equipment I feel safe when they are in the house The cleaning service I receive is regularly reviewed by Diane and Steve who are always responsive when contacted I would recommend Procare to anyone looking for extra help around the house

My Mother has used Pro Care Home Help Services for her home cleaning for several years I have found them to be extremely reliable helpful and efficient Their staff have always been sensitive and thoughtful towards my elderly Mother and they have always had a desire to make sure everything has a sparkle before they leave It s easy to speak with Steve and Diane on the telephone and they have always actioned additional requests with professionalism and kindness I would definitely recommend their services Denise Hammer

Pro Care have been cleaning my mum s house I am her carer for over 2 years I love the continuity of the staff and their friendliness and work ethic They are always respectful and happy Steve and Diane always respond quickly to any changes I need to make such as dates and times During Covid all procedures have been implemented
