I love AHS I recently had my A C tune-up completes through ProConnect Not sure of the difference from how I normally make appointments but the service was great I was able to make an appointment for the very next day He arrived closer to the expected time instead of at the end of the time block No issues with my AC

They offer seasonal checkups on my heating and cooling systems free of any extra charges or deductible Not to mention the fast service when I had an issue I m a new homeowner this was a very smart move that I m so glad I made

I was Robbed Until I Wasn t - See Update Apology

I was robbed The date is approximate since I gave up and threw away all my paperwork in frustration Paid around 350 for repair It came back not fully functional They said they would finish repair under their warranty However when they showed up they wanted another 300-400 to complete repair I refused I called the company several times and told them I wanted a refund They agreed Guess what I didn t get one Had to buy a new microwave I wouldn t trust this company UPDATE Apparently the company had tried to contact me several times I must have thought it was spam and deleted all Then I got a voicemail and responded That s when I discovered that they had been trying to contact me I have since received my refund My apologies to them for negative review I would now recommend

I had a great experience with American Home Shield and the contracting company they used for the tune-up on my heater I have never had a tune-up done before but I will definitely continue from now on They were fast professional and knowledgeable Even came in the rain

My carpet cleaner was very friendly and competent He did an excellent job He explained everything that was going to happen before he did anything I m misunderstood that he was coming to clean it not give me an estimate However that might ve been my fault That was the only thing that was a downside if there was any

Shane was great in working around my crazy schedule to service my furnace and heat pump He was professional and very thorough e explaining what he checked and what I need to do in layman s terms I was super happy with the experience

Had our summer tune-up on AC done and was completely satisfied David is always nice and friendly and knowledgeable I have American Home Shield and go thru them to use this company and have had David for the last 3 or 4 tune-ups and will continue to use this company

H J Heating and Air arrived within the time slot provided and was very professional courteous and respectful Eugene serviced the heat pump and air handler and provided a great compliment on how well we have maintained our system It was a pleasant experience
