Great tool for advertisers and agencies

We were looking for a CSS partner to save 20 on Google Shopping CPC s for clients at our agency OMcollective And I have to say ProductHero is a great match The ontboarding is quick and easy the account manager is helpful and has the expertise to advise and finally PH also has a lot of interesting blog articles With all of this and the extra tools in the pro plan ProductHero gives us a real advantage over the competition Which our clients think that s great

They are fake

Really bad service Not reacting on any mails to their support We wanted a free trial 30 days We did not use the premium pack and want to downgrsde to the lowest product We have tried mailing them numerous times but no answer Beware you cant downgrade your product license online that means the next time they will try to bill us we need to contact our Bank to neglect the payment Hoax company As a Google Partner ourselves we are going to contact Google to inform them about this CSS partner They should not have this status as a CSS partner

Producthero is a scam

They are fake i bought a jacket of 670 it did never came to my house I have sent alot of messages to the company but they are not responding

Don t take them

For some unknown reason Product hero is in between most of my search results this is extremely annoying and a big scam It always pops up in the result when I search with google when i klick on it it goes to a producthero page instead of the product seller I never asked for this And worse I don t know how to get rid of this

Annoying service

Don t take them if you want a pro css take another one It takes 2 days to post my google shopping stops after this css and I send an email and 2 days pass and then you have to close your bank account too take money per month month

Not the right price

The price on your website is much lower than the price on the actual shop Difference is DKK 200 That s not okey

Terrible company that force your to pay while you didn t use their service Hard to setup No login No tutorial AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

AVOID We didn t make the switch from google and they still tried to charge us There s no log in no account button and they make it incredibly difficult to cancel Communication is awful and there s no help at all so stick with google
