Worst experience was not allowed to take test by manager who was hateful and snide with me and the lady before me in line Threatened to call police on me and refused to allow me to get my things out of the locker

For online test takers
For online test takers The proctor people have accent and its super hard to understand them It looks like Prometric subcontractor to people in third world countries or something Also the proctor people will make you do some dumb stuffs like doesnt matter how big your room hall auditorium is they will make you cover every single things that has screen even though it is 1000 ft from you This is the worst online proctor service ever

This is the worst experience I have had with a proctor service The proctors are rude there are consistent software issues the rescheduling system is bogus and the connectivity issues are immense I am disappointed that the LSAC has chosen this company

Does not deserve one star Website does not function properly multiple attempts required to make a booking Payment taken for a service that was not delivered No way to contact company How does such an abysmally bad company get big government contracts It s an interesting question

SO bad
SO bad Why does everyone hire this company Borderline or outright hostile to anyone who seeks support for the MANY issues that come up Proctors never showing up leaving halfway through accusing you of cheating or breaking the rules system malfunctions program bugs etc These issues have been recurring for Prometric for at least 5 years why in gods name are they still in business without fixing anything

Horrible Service
Can t believe CSI uses this terrible service I logged in for my exam Got my security check done I waited for my proctor for over 15 minutes and no one showed so I disconnected and tried to reconnect Now it says my confirmation doesn t work Tried all the troubleshooting on Prometric website and after several attempts finally got a person on chat who couldn t help me They referred me back to CSI who says I have to reschedule my exam And they wouldn t even do it right away If you have other options don t go through CSI

Twice I have had exams booked and twice
Twice I have had exams booked and twice I ve been unable to write due to connectivity launch concerns Both times the computers yes I had a main and a back up computer passed the pre checks Both downloaded the app Over 3hours for each attempt with tech support and no resolution Chat bot kicked me out several times Human tech support via provided wrong phone number to escalate Escalation tells me there is nothing they can do and I cannot rebook through them Unbelievable run around with no answers technical or otherwise

Not even one star
Not even one star I tried to schedule my exams and spots kept getting filled within seconds It pushed me a month back so I quickly scheduled what I could I called to ask if I could get in any sooner and I d have to pay a rescheduling fee of 35 The only reason I scheduled it was to secure a spot to not get pushed back even further hoping they could make some accommodation Also they couldn t help me change the order of times I already scheduled same day without paying 3 different rescheduling fees Very ridiculous I m asking for minor changes
