I was so worried about taking my AWS Cloud Practitioner online with Pearson Vue after seeing all the terrible review I took the exam today and it was completely painless I m not taking away from anyone else s experience but I had to give a positive review just to let people know that it s not always a train wreck I turned up 30 mins early was in the exam 15 minutes later and not one problem Wired internet connection clean area and separate webcam I found I had no need to talk to any of the moderators - they were obviously happy enough with my photos and ID which I sent via my mobile and didn t speak to me at all A great experience and I passed Would happily do an exam online with them again Hope you get a good experience too if you re planning an exam P S I ve got no connections with Pearson Vue

I sat my English test with Pearson this morning in Glasgow They were amazing Staff were wonderful and I received my results in 2 hours Amazing service I would recommend to anyone

Failure of a Company
Had two online exams scheduled on Saturday 3 9 and never was able to get in to either exam My laptop passed all network tests successfully completed all check in criteria and On VUE crashed after a few minutes each time I got in to the waiting room I was always 60 in each queue and there is no customer service on the weekends What testing service has no one available when there are exams going on I waited around all day and got three calls from a support team member who was no help at all Utterly disgusted with Pearson for wasting everyone s time when these exams are almost 100 each There are no openings anywhere to take the exams in person either Beyond infuriated after preparing for each exam and getting nothing out of it

Passing their test requirements is IMPOSSIBLE All they want is your re-test fee repeatedly NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE I am giving up and going to re-do the whole course with another supplier
