I ordered a dress and paid additional money for expedited service The dress arrives and was an absolute disaster I immediately reached out sent pictures and requested a refund Their response was keep the dress we ll give you 10 refund The 2nd response was keep the dress or give it away I wouldn t dare do either They re trying not to refund my money I want my money back I have copies of the emails pictures and everything to show the world do not order from Promstyle They ruined my birthday with that horribly made dress I m fighting with them currently about getting a return address or label and a full refund 150 wasted

Ordered a dress from this company in March and did not receive it until May When I received it it was nothing like the dress I thought I was ordering It broke my heart because it was for my 50th birthday Did not even half way fit me Quality was horrible do not order from this company tried to return and they do not respond to and emails Horrible customer service The BBB needs to close this site down

This ain t it I ordered a jumpsuit that has a lot of bling rhinestones etc I got a hard jumpsuit made from tulle covered in loose glitter I didn t bother trying it on because even it fits I would never buy something that looks like the item they sent me I m always very skeptical of ordering online but took a chance because I was rushing and had a particular look in mind But never again So disappointed

Dress looks nothing like what s ordered You cannot leave review on their website which is how I was fooled because all reviews are clearly fake 5 stars It looks like a bad art project compared to what I ordered and they won t take returns They did give me a whole 12 refund woohoo Don t waste your time or money on this garbage site

I just received my two dresses that I ordered over a month ago mind you I paid for them to be expedited as in the previous comments before me I did not purchase what was in the pictures on the website Extremely disappointed and beside myself I will never order from this website again while I was waiting for these dresses that took forever to come I ordered a back up dress on Amazon for half the price and was far better quality than these two dresses put together Do not order from this website
