Should of been better

On a positive they arrived on time Unloaded with care Ways to improve parked on double yellow lines and block the street nabour came out to complain Two deliverie drivers were rude to her Started talking to each other in there own language When asked to park in the access street they argued with myself Eventually agreed to move Manners cost nothing

It is really hard to amend change the

It is really hard to amend change the delivery address on your confirmation forms We have several properties on our farm and it makes it difficult for the delivery drivers to deliver to the right place with the current system

Not great they used to have two options on delivery with different prices now they have 4 If you choose the cheapest then they don t provide an ETA if something gets damaged they won t reimburse etc Things have gotten damaged during transit and they don t take responsibility

No customer service no communication do not use

I m giving 2 stars because the delivery person was nice But the company is rubbish It should be noted they are the chosen delivery company of vinterior also rubbish I paid 50 for a delivery I agreed to a time block of 1515-1825 At 1830 there was no delivery and no communication The office closes at 5pm Meaning they schedule deliveries and then avoid having to help clients by closing and having no alternative contact method I asked for a refund At nearly 2000 the item is delivered I still want a refund which they claim they cannot give because The order was booked by our regular customer Regrettably we are not able to offer you a refund as you are not the one who booked the job into the system The regular customer is Vinterior Figure it out Call Vinterior Part of the service is timeliness and professionalism and problem solving none of which Proovia can provide I don t recommend and will never use again

The condition of the box was torn broken and open The value of its contents was significant so to deliver the item in this condition was very poor

Firstly we are very pleased with the front door good price easy to order good price BUT Proovia couriers updated to say 2 hours delay so I arranged someone to take the door But not only were they over 4 hours late which I can understand But when they arrived they rang me barely spoke English rude aggressive and said they were at another property number After several minutes he then change his mind and said the correct property number being annoyed at me Saying I should let him do his job he was constantly telling me another property number Then the two couriers just dumped a heavy front door in front of my property and refused to put it under a covered porch a few yards away and there was 2 of them UUWD company we purchased from online was easy and straight forward I suggest change couriers or employ new staff PAAWiltshire

Live on my own

Live on my own been having treatment for cancer and just took delivery of a heavy tv stand Having looked at it now realise it has been put down back to front photo was taken and will have to wait for my neighbours to come from work to get adjusted Little but more care could have saved a lot of inconvenience

Item damaged in transit

The booking process was quite different from other companies on Shipley - you have to pay fully in advance maybe this is why they aren t bothered that they damaged my item as they have their money

First delivery day was cancelled

First delivery day was cancelled because the van broke down Delivery was 2 days later I was told they would have a trolley and ramps up into the van but no sign of those as the 2 guys just carried the 70kg stove between them 2 delivery guys were pretty curt and impolite but did the job ok My friend who they had picked the stove up from was shocked how rude the courier guys were I think the van breaking down and the attitudes of the courier guys is why this was a very cheap courier service

One of the drivers was very impatient as I couldn t find where they are I was waiting for them for about 20 minutes outside from the one side of the building not knowing that they are waiting on the other without properly giving me instruction where to go The one driver seemed rude I just moved in few days back and I wasn t sure where exactly he is on the other side as I wasn t familiar It would have been fine if he didn t have bad comments
