Pretty good service but delayed

I have had furniture delivered by this company before a5 star service no complaints very good and helpful delivery drivers This time however the delivery was delayed and this time particularly it was an inconvenience heavy traffic was the reason I checked with the AA and the police no heavy traffic delays in the area so I was a little bit miffed The drivers when they arrived were polite and very helpful so maybe 3 stars is a bit tough on my part maybe 4 would be fairer

Good Regular update of delivery arrival but arrival of goods far too late 9pm Drivers friendly although very little English spoken so tried to rely on phone translation- no signal Wi-Fi here

Very reasonable price but had some issues

Very reasonable price but the service was not up to standard The delivery was promised to be at a time but they arrived 5 hours late and very late at night not exaggerating and travel plans had to be completely changed to accommodate the late arrival The drivers handled the items carefully but they spoke unprofessionally asking highly inappropriate questions that made me feel uncomfortable It was not ideal to navigate this as a female alone late at night and I wouldn t recommend the service if you re a woman operating alone If not perhaps the service would be less problematic Other than that the price was brilliant and quite cheap and the items arrived safely and in place Boxes were quite damaged when they were delivered but I m assuming it s because of transportation Gave it 3 starts instead of less because you get what you pay for

Second time I have used these couriers

Second time I have used these couriers both times arrived 3-4 hours late Paid extra for upstairs delivery but decided not needed was not given refund Suggest thinking long and hard before using Proovia

Tracking was good and communication was good Delivery was terrible I had an engine delivered but the guys has turned up with no pallet truck or tail lift to unload They even asked for help to get it off Very lucky my new very expensive engine hasn t been damaged Why are guys being sent to deliver a 300kg engine and expected to lift it off One of the guys even had flip flops on

Overall very good thank you However they keep asking for payment and sending lots of emails saying I haven t paid even when I paid several hours ago before all their emails I had to send proof of payment as they threatened to not deliver

Delivered item but rude

Delivered item on time Delivery team rude unhelpful couldn t fully speak English so didn t understand instructions No manners Ended up just getting them to leave on drive way

Easy to use website which was great But no communication at either end pick up or delivery and then the guy bashed the leg of the item while bringing in on delivery

Used them on Shipley to collect and deliver a dog crate Should have read their Terms and Conditions as they demand payment before they deliver it to you or you get a message saying they are going to cancel the delivery unless paid by 8pm They offer a three hour delivery window which they missed by several hours and I had to chase them to see where the item was Not a great experience wouldn t use again

Unfortunately was advised of a 2 hour delay on my time slot but having previous had to agree to the times I wasn t given this option I hoped it was delivered when we were home Luckily we were in but may I suggested shoe coverings used when you enter properties Shoe prints left on the carpet and not mud as wouldn t hoover up have had to scrub my carpet and door mat
