Would use again but needs a little better on the day communication

Great communication in advance but I had to chase them for the 3-hour collection slot and they were nearly one hour late and didn t inform us in advance which was a bit frustrating I know Friday afternoon traffic can be unpredictable but a bit more communication on the day would have been appreciated However they delivered the item the next day during the right time slot and gave us a 10min heads up which was great Safely delivered with friendly driver Would use them again

Yes they found the property and on time but I think your delivery drivers need a little more training as far as the customer meet and greet experience They were not rude by any means and carried my item to the place shown but having a phone thrust at me for a signature without any conversation was not a pleasant ending Are they converse with the English language

Very efficient fast good delivery Communication could have been better their email box is full and bounces back but both collection and delivery was speedy and the antique item well handled

My experience has been great

My experience has been great I was dreading the move but a special thanks to the collection guys Abdul and Monte for making it easy and being very helpful The reason for my 4 stars is because the delivery driver refused to help bring my stuff up to the first floor even though I had organised to have someone to help out Luckily the man with him Efraim was extremely helpful and he took the majority of my stuff up alone The communication has been great from the start and keeping me up to date with timings and all Thanks all

Good work but longer notice of ETA please

They arrived on the date expected with a major item of furniture in good condition and were very polite and helpful My only criticism is that I was expecting advance text notice of a 3 hour window for delivery but instead only given 15 minutes notice before arrival

Goods arrived intact and on time Only criticism was on part of one of the delivery guys instead of opening the newly installed gate by hand it was kicked open then left open on departure recorded on door cam

Very good communication email and text with added phone calls as well but drivers must have been overloaded with drops because they arrived 5 hours later than expected

The process was quite straightforward

The process was quite straightforward except for a couple hours delay during collection everything else was handled hassle free by them Thanks to John especially for being very patient with the parking and just friendly in general
