It was a real boon to have booked last autumn through Propeller Travel as the world stopped flying in the late spring early summer I was kept informed of the possibilities for refund or travel voucher Various agents persisted in pressing our case as airline customer services jammed up and refunds came through in the end I will certainly use them again
