Five stars given to Keith Leadbetter he helped me book multi flights for our trip of SE Asia and the Far East I have been backwards and forward with Keith since Nov changing my itinerary and coming up with new plans He was courteous patient and helpful and last week we finally booked all the flights for our 5 month trip he also found additional flights from London to Japan for my 2 kids who are meeting us there for 2 weeks their flights coincide perfectly with our flight from Beijing all landing within 5 mins of each other Thank you Keith at Inspire it s people like you that make a company successful I hope you are recognised for your fantastic customer service skills Georgie Joe

Ask for Paul Super star employee
I spoke with Paul throughout my booking for Butlins Post booking various things kept going wrong when I spoke to Butlins directly - GDPR despite it all being in my name sorting VIP passes proving I was a carer so I kept calling Paul and every time he helped and fixed everything He was enthusiastic proactive and just generally the best person I feel could have picked up the phone the first day I called Amazing service

Easy booking experience with Ian at Inspire
Booked a hotel through inspire over the phone Was speaking with Ian who was very personable friendly and above all extremely helpful The process was easy didn t take much time and my request to use two payment methods didn t cause any issues Ian kept me informed after that all was booked and left us with a pleasant parting email Great service
