We have a long-standing relationship with ProspectSoft and we continue to strengthen our relationship in no small part thanks to Kirsti s excellent account management She is our go to person whether it is simple advice where we have large projects that in some instances can take a year to deliver due to their complexity and everything in between She understands how we work as a business and is intuitive with our needs and what projects are a priority for us Nothing we throw at her is ever a problem She recently helped facilitate the delivery of a long-term project for us which was ultimately on time and a complete success She ensured all key stakeholders at ProspectSoft were involved from director level through to their development team to ensure everyone understood our needs confirmed what we wanted was in fact a good idea and that all parties knew the detail of what was going to be delivered and when Look forward to continuing to work with Kirsti and ProspectSoft into the future

Our company has recently made the switch to ProspectSoft CRM and so far are really loving the program and all of the capabilities for customer management we didn t have before The system is intuitive and easy to use but when there is an issue or question we have been able to get fast in-depth responses and answers Our onboarding Partner Isobel has gone above and beyond to not only answer our questions but to thoroughly train our whole team help figure out best practices and creative solutions and has overall been an absolute pleasure to work with Additionally we have used the help chat feature several times and have again had really positive experiences there Very happy with the company and our experience so far Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a robust and user-friendly CRM system

I have been working closely with ProspectSoft since 2009 this has been a longstanding and successful relationship developing systems and processes continuously Prospect365 CRM is fully integrated with our website ERP and EDI systems Their products are easy to use and administrate and require very little training internally The ProspectSoft Team are helpful supportive and a pleasure to work with So I have no hesitation in recommending their products and services
