Horrible

Horrible Information is either out of date or non-existent I ve attempted to look up companies that I have first hand knowledge of executives and their information is so far out of date it s pathetic DO NOT sign up for a monthly service or you are automatically locked in for a year my bad for not paying close enough attention I can find better information via Google than what they have to offer

They spam my business phone at least 3

They spam my business phone at least 3 times a day on most days I ve asked multiple times to be taken off the list They will call back an hour later They got my number off LinkedIn without me inquiring about their service at all I reported them to LinkedIn for harassment and violating LinkedIn s terms I suggest everyone else do the same to get this company off of an otherwise awesome platform

Great for a startup on a budget but super scummy renewal practices

For a startup on a budget the price was great The data quality wasn t great but got the job done for us just trying to fill out a database However when it came time to get more strategic and find specific people on LI Sales Nav that s when I noticed it just didn t cut it I d pull 100 people from Sales Nav and by the time it went through Seamless and Zero Bounce had to use them because the quality was so low we got warnings from Google I would get less 20 verified emails All the other reviews about canceling really hit home sadley They gave me the run around and we eventually had to get legal involved - pretty scummy practices here IMO

Don t trust their Platform Bad Business

They tell you lies to get your money friendly until to join and spend your money then you can t find anyone for help 60 of the contacts were returned bad emails bad phone numbers and most of the contacts didn t even work at the companies anymore This platform is a waste of time and money B S After your cancel they will continue billing you trying to hit your credit card and will send your info to a collection agency Bad Bad company

Dishonest company

Dishonest company They make it very hard to cancel their contracts you essential have to go through a click funnels type website to cancel They need a 60 day notice anything lets they lock you into another 1 year contact Way to help small businesses during hard times Their data is not accurate the emails are mostly guesses

60 of sent emails bounced

We are using ZOHO CRM after importing selected email contacts for our mailing in ZOHO we were unpleasantly surprised that 60 of the email addresses bounced This expensive service 1 USD per email address looks like fraude Customer service does not react but trying to debit our credit card DO NOT USE SEAMLESS

This company has no ethics or integrity It s a useless tool but more importantly BEWARE -- they will jam an auto renew charge without you knowing and then basically say oh well even if you contact them the very same day they try to put charge through Took weeks of me trying to reach someone only to be told they won t reverse the charge Terrible product but even WORSE service

There is a list - Hidden conditions for many things- Poor after-sales support- Response time against the raised concern is very late- Response rate against the raised concern is less than 50 - In the case of non-responsive seems like no hierarchical structure these people haveSuggestion Please mark your punch line as we believe in sales not in service

This Company has no return policy

This Company has no return policy Their software doesn t work as described Their training video skips over the part where actual emails are extracted The bounce rate of the contacts of the charts They refuse to return 1500 They promise premium access and then ghost you This is a scam they are using Google s Get Prospect api which is 1 3 the price and it actually works

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service Tried to cancel wouldnt let me auto renewed for another year The product information I did recieve from them seemed to be incomplete and outdated Stay away from this outfit
