Recently I have bought 1 bedroom apartment Tameway Plaza Walsall During initial stage of the purchase I was having a big problem and finding difficult to compromise and sort out funding and other issue Thankfully I have managed to establish communication with David Yelloly He has provided step by step advice and guide me through whole process professionally I had a fantastic experience with prosperity and David was absolutely brilliant without his knowledge and expert advice I couldn t have bought apartment in Tameway Plaza I have been so impressed and thank you David for all your help This is my first dealing with prosperity but given my experience so far will not be my last and looking to buy another apartment in Parkview I will definitely take full advice from David and hoping to get similar help and advise

We had a good experience buying an off plan property with Prosperity wealth Our completion coordinator Angel Whitby was polite and helpful throughout The property actually completed early and we had tenants in before we d even expected to have made the final payment The flipside of that is that we were asked to pay the remaining balance a few months earlier than expected This was perhaps the only negative of working with Prosperity We were not clearly warned that this could happen and had we not have had the funds free we may have had some issues Beyond that Prosperity were polite open helpful and professional through the process replying to us quickly when we needed them and giving us as much assistance as we needed We are already considering buying another property with them

Gary Watkeys has been easy to communicate with essential as I love on the other side of the world Now that completion has gone through on the flat he has always been available and I m looking forward to getting a tenant in shortly
