Excellent service and beautiful products i ordered a square wooden frame with passe-partout and a beautiful art print by J rgen Hanson It looks very sophisticated and artistic I would highly recommend and personally will be back for more soon

Incredibly helpful staff somehow i managed to mess up my shipping address and they were so helpful and polite in correcting the issue I wish more people understood the importance of good customer service 10 10 guys

Great service quality

I ordered the wrong size by accident and within 24 hours I heard from Sophie who corrected it for me without any extra charge The print came within a week and is fantastic quality Needless to say I will be a repeat customer for PSTR studio Thanks again

I made a mistake in my order and after writing to PSTR they rectified it immediately and gave me a refund on a Sunday no less Super impressed by their service

Super quick replies and great quality prints

Anne was super helpful with my query I had ordered a print last year and wanted to order another from the same collection but they were no longer on the website Anne was able to source the print for me so quickly I m so excited for it to arrive My previous print is great quality so I expect this one will be the same too

Great aftersales service

I had ordered posters and matching frames I m very happy with them There was an issue with the delivery but this was resolved swiftly Happy with the aftersales service as well

Small Damage Response

I ordered four framed prints two arrived with small glass damage I am still mystified how it could have happened as they were all packed carefully and damage to the box was minimal I contacted Sophie and sent pictures as requested She said she d make it good and when I offered to pay shipping so she wouldn t get hit twice for it she refused said We got this Well I received the two replacements today and not only did I get the frame and replacement glass like one would expect but another set of the prints too Stuff happens that s life what s important is the response and she just hit it out of the park The product is exactly as shown the customer service is simply outstanding I am SO impressed with her

Fast responses and delivery

I ordered around 20 pieces pre-famed black oak and Anne was more than helpful in replacing 3 of the pieces that were broken during delivery Fast responses and good quality prints frame Very happy with the services Anne is a super star
