I had an issue with DPD refusing my delivery and then not being able to get rearrange delivery so I contacted Puresport who replied on the same day Despite this being out of their control they resent my item and even added a free pair of socks to make up for it even though it wasn t their error I was left extremely impressed with the customer service and have since made additional orders with the brand Fantastic product complimented by even better customer service
