I can t speak more lowly of purple ocean I ve had money to burn over the last month and was in a bad spot I had to have had 120 different readings from 110 advisors Turns out about 3 were accurate Everyone told me the standard - there s a great connection 70 said soulmate connection and that she was scared and had past pain and that there was no one else and soon she would come forward Standard garbage telling me what I wanted to hear THERE IS NOTHING WORSE IN LIFE THAN FALSE HOPE WHEN YOURE VULNERABLEcouple of special mentions for garbage readers Johnnie -fairytales Andrew angel - laughable Sonia - just badly wrong Love specialist -convinced we were soulmates Logan- foolish readings Willow- constantly said she was soul searching and telling me there was no one else Well there was the whole time Honestly These readings are so bad For 95 of these to be wrong doesn t say much for this site PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE I just spent two months of my life anxious and holding onto something that never existed

I had caetano for a year I asked about my ex if we would reunite caetano said in May 2022 and she d contact me it s June 2022 no contact he said he s 99 percent certain she would in May 2022 it s a scum purple ocean so you they all say fairy tale stories the reasons why there are hardly any negative reviews is because you have to give a review with in 2 weeks or you can t give a review so all the predictions are mostly after 2 weeks so you would have to purchase another reading to give a negative review if the prediction was wrong no one is going to waste more money I found out caetano gave s prediction for a person I know that she d reunite with her partner in December 2021 she found out he was engaged to another Woman good one caetano Keep away from the conman everything he was was wrong although he sound convincing none of his predictions were correct With my love life or career Sagest was another one who I had for 30 readings a con woman like caetano keep away from purple ocean is my advise

I was a reader for Purple Ocean and Purple Garden I clocked up Revenues for Barge Technologies of in excess 500 000 I was a consistent 5 Star Reader In January this year I signed on and the video orders came through I live in South Africa We had a black out No electricity for 36 hours And I was unable to deliver the orders Result A snotty email from some robot informing me that I had received numerous warnings I have not and was terminated immediately I never poached clients I played by the rules It is astounding that his organisation whose other business is a porn site treats the readers with the contempt they do I am 60 years old I do not metamorphise into a delinquent teenager when I sign onto the Purple Ocean App Anabel is obsequiously rude as are the other part time support people For those of you who are looking for me - check out my Facebook Page - Psychic Carrie South Africa My daughter was also on the app and was terminated for giving legal and medical advise How the hell is the possible when all the questions are When is my ex boyfriend coming back Disgusting app and disgusting support Purple Ocean and Purple Garden take 64 of the charge so the readers earn very little

Completely Fake n making money from innocent people who comes with painful times they are going through n trust someone to tell the truth but its far from it All a scam For me everything was wrong n never came to any prediction Wasted 3 years of my life with this crap No more Stop playing with innocent peoples money

Pretty poor their readers are hopeless I used many the worse one Marlene814 lied and isnt there anymore Sagest never got one thing right for me had 30 readings despite having fantastic reviews and last caetano nice but tells lies he predicted a person I knew that she d get back With her ex Xmas but she found he got engaged Xmas time he seems nice but he s a snake also purple ocean refuses to give me my 15 credit back very petty

As a partner to someone who is a reader on this app There s some many things wrong with this app When you get a negative review it penalises you and ruins your income for at least a week You can t block clients who ve left you negative reviews If you answer a tide and they request a follow up video reading You get paid less for the 3 minute video reading than you do for the small tide paragraph They are constantly having sales which is good for them Bad for you as they take it out of your earnings too because you get paid less for those readings You can t reply to reviews to put your point across that the review is wrong There are a lot of very nasty clients that just test the psychics it s hard to contact purple ocean to get them to remove an unfair negative reviews which can take weeks for them to remove it even if it s deemed unfair If you get sent a job there s option option to decline the job if you don t want to do that reading they just tell you to send a blank video but you can still receive a negative for that and you can t turn off tide follow ups Tides are a great top up the follow ups are not You constantly have people asking legal questions then get annoyed why you try tell them it s against purple oceans terms of service There is so many things wrong with the app that they need to fix Readers have told them this in the private Facebook group and Purple ocean just ignore the feedback Purple ocean without your readers you can t make money so why do you ignore the feedback and not implement the suggestions people have asked for Like the ability to block The ability to decline jobs or tide follow ups or at least improve what you get paid for one People have been asking for these changes for years on the groups apparently when speaking with other readers

Absolutely the worst company when it comes to advising They want you to just keep positive feedback and if you get a cancellation or negative review you get suspended Also the interview process is a sham

Unfortunately for them Purple Ocean is run by customer service people who make up fake things about psychics they don t like or don t understand Their system asks you to tell your style which for many is straightforward and then their customer service will title it as rude The will accuse you of doing things you never did For example they stated there was refusal to offer a reading on another topic which never happened They don t seem to understand English When you do exactly what they ask you to do such as telling someone to contact customer service they will accuse you of being rude You might find that they terminate their agreement and list no reasons but then later give an email explanation where they continue in the statements they made up I am reporting them to the better business bureau and will make further rounds via the interweb so that psychics with integrity know what their company is like behind the scenes

Very very rude conduct I have given a negative feedback for the simple fact that the reading was not related to her own previous reading The psychic started harrasing me in the comment box telling me i shouldn t assume i should read that she actually meant onther thing and so on between the lines calling me stupid I have also complained about the fact that i feel harrased and the result is my review being deleted Someone from the conpany replied very blunt telling me my comment is abusive for saing that the reading is a fraud I would never recomend Extremely bad customer experience and very unproffesional

I believe Purple Ocean is a scam company Why because I am in the same position as the other parties who spent lots o money and to be told by many psychics they will be back and this is when you will talk and so on I do believe that the psychics have access to your other readings that s why it seems like all the same readings and everyone feels like the psychic is right I feel we need to get the government involved to see what is going on This is alot of money to be told false info
