I ordered from them for the first time and after the transfer I received a message after one week that the transfer was successful and received a link from them to a delivery company for tracking packages A week after that the package was delivered So after payment count two weeks until the arrival of the package

I have accidentally paid more

I paid 635 euro for a 269 euro order accidentally The order arrived everything was fine with the order but when i tried to contact them to give me the money back or send me another order for the rest of the money anything was fine for me they didn t respond to any of my emails I tried to contact them at their info mail and at their g-mail but I got no response If I get the money back or anything changes i will update my review EDIT I have received the extra money back with a little delay I can finaly say they are thrustworthy

received my package in 2 weeks 8 days processing 6 days delivery to romania contents were well packed seem high quality the only downside of this service is the ordering stage the special list in particular email communication is basically cut off after you send the money so there s no confirmation if they received the sum i personally learned my lesson after the money is sent they get to work preparing your order so don t panic

Haven t received my money back from one order out of two

First of all I just put 2 stars because i still haven t received my money back for one of my two orders only because my delivery company messed up Pyrofire is a legit company and they do their best for everyone I hope they will see this and hopefully resend my order again or give me my money back Then I will put 5 stars because they really deserve it My order number for that package is 49349 Edit I have received my money even with the shipping cost included So I already know where I will be ordering from this year
