I have placed a order and the payment went true but still no update on my shipment Order 42466

By my first order everything went well but on the second one that I have placed on the 1st of December through pyrofire eu email adress I still didn t get an answer I have also sent a message to the infomail but no answer

I had ordered some firework s for around 300 some item s didn t arrive in the package and they did a refund of 40 but i needed a refund of around 60 Instead because they didn t refund 2items that they didn t send so i payed 20 to much there were also item s in the package that I didn t even order i sended them around 10messages but no response no customer support I don t know if i ever order from this website again

I have currently been waiting for my order for several days I have never been disappointed it would be a shame the transfer has already been made

I please improve the speed of replying to e-mails because it often takes too long Another small minus is the expensive delivery Everything else at a very high level I will keep in touch so if you improve the speed of responding to e-mails I will definitely notice it and increase the rating Regards
