Extremely positive experience with attentive staff

This was my first time using a finance broker so I was unsure of what to expect and process to follow But my mind was put at ease by all staff I interacted with I couldn t recommend them enough All staff are a credit to the company and I wouldn t hesitate to use them again

After not having a good experience with other brokers Q Finance offered me excellent customer service in which I would highly recommend them to others The staff were extremely attentive and were happy to answer any of my questions in helping me find my new car Nothing was a problem for them and I wouldn t hesitate to use them again

Valuable guidance and great service from the team

There was a lot of background work and checks to go through for finance but the processes were explained to me step by step and I do understand the reasons behind them This is the first car loan I ve had in 18 years and the first car I ve bought in that time so the experience was really very new to me but the staff were friendly and helpful and were available to talk to if I needed them John Sarah and Deborah were great to deal with and it made what could have been a stressful experience less so Thank you for your help and I am looking forward to driving my new vehicle
