Good experience no fuss and prompt handling

It was actually the first time ever that I filed a claim for a cancelled flight and the associated bookings so I was a bit worried about how complicated it might be and the time it might take to go through the whole process I filed the claim through the Revolut application and it was pretty straightforward I got news from Qover very quickly afterwards via email was asked to provide the necessary documents and my case was solved in the next 3 weeks I can then say that I am very satisfied with the service that was provided even though I hope not to have to use it again of course

It was buying protection insurance claim for the macbook screen cracked It got approved and compensated as per 12 month protection for the purchases made from revolut The only small downside is that it took around 3 weeks after providing repair invoice to review and approve the payment
