Despite great reviews on google and their claim to be London s number 1 waste company I m sorely disappointed First of all customer service is terrible I wrote multiple emails to them trying to book an appointment and got no answer After I phoned them and finally arranged they arrived as planned and did the job I asked for the price quoted so far so good I then asked for then to collect an additional 5 rubbish bags and having the customer nicely locked in they charged a whopping 95 pounds Furthermore after reassuring me 10 times when they quoted that they d clean the whole lawn properly and not leave any rubbish behind they left the lawn strewn with bits of rubbish I wrote to complain and of course no reply in weeks So overall a very disappointing experience Not recommended

Terrible company

Quickwasters have abandoned a truck full of rubbish on my round in North Finchley for several months now It is an eyesore and a health hazard

Service was good and I was kept up to date on arrival time the guys arrived on time and took their time to clear out the building rubbish thoroughly and were very friendly too The price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again and recommend them
