Despite great reviews on google and their claim to be London s number 1 waste company I m sorely disappointed First of all customer service is terrible I wrote multiple emails to them trying to book an appointment and got no answer After I phoned them and finally arranged they arrived as planned and did the job I asked for the price quoted so far so good I then asked for then to collect an additional 5 rubbish bags and having the customer nicely locked in they charged a whopping 95 pounds Furthermore after reassuring me 10 times when they quoted that they d clean the whole lawn properly and not leave any rubbish behind they left the lawn strewn with bits of rubbish I wrote to complain and of course no reply in weeks So overall a very disappointing experience Not recommended
