We ve had our dog Bailey for just over two years and he is a really healthy and sweet boy who gets on with pretty much all dogs and people that he meets He does get anxious if we leave him alone for long and is very clingy however sometimes he s gets very brave and even likes to watch fireworks Raffles themselves are really helpful in ensuring that you get the right pup and they also provide a lot of support to ensure that new owners and pups have the best start I wouldn t hesitate to use them again even though they are quite expensive

I am delighted with my beautiful boy picked him up from raffles at the end of March and he is a delight No health issues what so ever A little anxious around other dogs but what new pup isn t Over all really well socialised with people children and particularly loud noises I e the hoover I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to home one of these wonderful dogs

Having been recommended to Raffles from a Cockapoo owner who purchased our puppy from them I can safely say they delivered on all counts our puppy now 1 year old is fantastic and a big part of our life Small puppy vets visits but found out there was a wheat allergy which after changing her diet to suit she is now 100 ok I know they have 60 breeding pairsbut I cannot fault the service we received Would recommend to all

After being highly recommended to purchase a Cockapoo with Raffles we bought one who is now just over a year old In our experience from beginning to taking our gorgeous puppy home l cannot praise Raffles enough They was so helpful in us choosing one I communicated with the owner quite a few times and she was so nice When we went to pick her up we was pleasantly surprised at how professional everyone was That s why we are so shocked to read some of the reviews on this site There was a large window as you entered the room where we was guided to look at the separate kennels with all the parents with the puppies There was NO TV screens anywhere We live in a coastal area and l have met at least 4 owners of Cockapoo s who as it happened bought there s at Raffles and like us was MORE than happy Our Cockapoo is the light of our lives She is funny and has a great temperament We have said so many times how lucky we are to have her THANKS TO RAFFLES

We had a great experience with Raffles and have the perfect cheeky loving dog couldn t ask for more Beautiful temperament very loving The owners were professional transparent and helpful throughout We have recommended to friends and they both picked up their puppies a few weeks ago and are thrilled

Fab Puppy from Raffles

I honestly don t know what is going on with these reviews about Raffles or why All I can say is that we picked our Cockapoo puppy up from Raffles on 21 March 2020 and she has been 100 healthy and is the happiest easiest puppy we have ever had She is well socialised and gets on well with our other dogs and also with every dog we meet on our walks

We bought our Cavapoo boy from Raffles in May 2019 he is absolutely perfect well socialised with no health conditions I m surprised that all the negative reviews on here all have access to the same information it s almost like the reviews are written from the same person

Raffles is the target of a smear campaign

I was shocked to read all the negative reviews of Raffles as they don t tally with our experiences at all However having looked more closely at the language dates and content of those reviews it seems likely that they have all been written by the same person with a grievance who is posting under various different names to affect their rating Speaking from personal experience we got our cavapoochon from Raffles in February 2019 and he has been the most delightful little dog ever since He has no health conditions has never been remotely poorly has never displayed any signs of anxiety or aggression has bundles of energy and loves socialising with other dogs adults and children We ve also found recently that he s very gentle and protective of our new baby We honestly couldn t have wished for a more affectionate sensitive loving pup and I think this speaks for itself in terms of where he came from I d also like to add that a family member recently went back to Raffles to get a puppy for themselves I went with them and we were introduced to a gorgeous little cavapoochon who was still two weeks away from being ready to leave so we paid a 250 deposit The day before we were due to collect her Raffles contacted us to explain that she had failed her second health check at the vets We asked what would happen and we were told that Raffles were not comfortable letting the puppy go as it would not be fair on either her or us They have kept her for now so that her health can be monitored over the next few weeks and they can see how things develop They were also willing to refund our deposit immediately If they were wholly concerned with profit at the expense of their animals health would they have done this They knew that we were in love with the pup and if they really were the crooks they are being painted as on here they could easily have flogged her to us to get their 2000 They didn t - they were entirely transparent with us and again I think this speaks volumes about their priorities I honestly wouldn t be put off by these negative reviews and I would think it is worth visiting Raffles yourself to make your own mind up
