Really Successful Limited Is Not Refunding My Money - Stay Away
I purchased the Digistore 24 OPM program offered by Really Successful Limited which included a 14-day guarantee period I determined that I did not wish to continue and requested a full refund of the 752 34 that I paid within the 14 days I formally requested the refund on August 26 2024 Since that time Kent has emailed me several times to try to get me to change my mind The company is delaying the refund and is not meeting its guaranteed period as advertised I do not recommend this company As of now they are stealing my money I will continue this matter until I am reimbursed

Training course that doesn t deliver
I recently purchased an online training course titled OPM which teaches how to sell products on TikTok and Facebook While the course materials were delivered the promised additional services were conspicuously absent Despite contacting customer service multiple times my inquiries were met with little more than acknowledgement and I received no further assistance from Really Successful A link to the help page provided in the course led me to a blank page rendering it completely useless The promised support for building a website never materialised leaving me without the guidance I expected Attempts to seek help creating promotional videos were similarly met with silence as my application form went unanswered The course included an offer of a full refund But with no obvious link to this and no reply from customer support I suspect there was never any intention to fulfil such an agreement Overall this experience has been disappointing The company makes numerous promises but ultimately fails to deliver on them It s wise to approach their claims with scepticism
