Ordered and paid next day delivery for

Ordered and paid next day delivery for our small business prior to Xmas Received an email saying it would be received next day or following if after 3pm cut off Two days later I queried to make sure it was being sent Told there was an error and we wont have it until January Queried it via email and didn t receive a response Wouldn t have been informed of the delay if I didn t message in the first place

Cancelled order

Cancelled order - due to high postage costs of 30 50 As a new customer received a 15 off first offer and free postage however this is only for UK mainland As advised part of the group - Viking Direct offer free postage over 49 00 not the parent company Raja never received a reply to my email query

Very bad customer service from staff

Very bad customer service from staff and specially from managers As promised delivery not happened Still waiting now 4days Not too sure what s happening with rajapack won t use them again had a very bad experience and have lost my time and money

Dont expect your delivery to arrive without a fight

We regularly purchase Jiffy bags from Rajapack to handle some of our lower volume orders After the recent experience I doubt I will ever purchase from them again I have now had delivery cancelled and re-booked on me 3 times If you order here please expect long calls to your local depot and a promise of assured delivery for a tomorrow that wont ever arrive

Raja have lost the plot

Raja have lost the plot They decided it would be a good idea to deliver our order of 8 individual items without placing them in any outer packaging Instead they had their driver throw them in back of a van and roll around to get filthy and then had the driver deliver them in a big pile outside my neighbours door blocking the entrance Customer service team who we called to complain to were equally inept offering to look into the problem with our order but failing to ask even for an order number or name Hopelessly failing in their attempt to save money by not using packaging and a cheap delivery service Sad because they used to be good

Products from Raja are top notch

Products from Raja are top notch however actually getting the goods is another matter I am still waiting for delivery of my order because DX courier services are useless Five times this week i have had to re-arrange delivery I have sat at the office until 7pm one night for the courier to not turn up and then at 7 01 they change the delivery status to unable to deliver I will continue to wait

Delivery charges are ridiculous for ROI

Delivery charges are ridiculous for ROITheir prices might seem cheep at first until you get hit with the additional charges Great place to buy from if you ve got a local supplier Otherwise stay away

Delivery nightmare

Delivery - if it can be called that - was a TOTAL disaster I m pretty sure I pointed out courier deliveries CANNOT be made to s PO Box and gave alternative instructions with the order There followed a nightmare sequence of failed communications with DX You must have your reasons for using them but it is easier to contact HMRC than them

Order did not arrive next day as

Order did not arrive next day as advertised and advised on order I cancelled the order after two days and stopped the delivery Although the company fully agreed that they messed up it has taken a few days for a credit note to be issued and l am still awaiting the refund Very friendly customer service and to be fair a great selection of packaging material But you should not have to wait for a refund when the company itself messed up very disappointing as l thought l had found a company we could work with

Very bad experience

Very bad experience charge customer for returns then rejects the return - fair enough Tried to get in touch three times to arrange returns and no one got back to me had to call up and finally got through to someone Lost out on a decent amount of money because of simply profit-driven returns system Customer experience drives profit too I will not be using again
