An order was placed online for an item that said it was available for a next day delivery No goods received Email sent chasing the delivery the day after no response then a phone call chasing to find out the item is not available we have had to pay extra money for an alternative item

BAD SERVICE

I ordered some large brown card envelopes with locking flaps and asked them to be packed properly in a box as on previous orders they were only wrapped in cling film and arrived damaged and I had to return them for replacement it seems my request was ignored and they were again wrapped in cling film fortunately on this occasion they were ok Can you please address this problem for future orders It seems strange to me that a company that specialises in packaging can t pack things properly for their own customers

Once again poor delivery and packaging

Once again poor delivery and packaging Its ironic that a company that sells products for packaging can t pack their own products to ship Foot prints on the boxes plus one piece of metal in an open box which should have had a complete frame DX continue to let RAJA UK down with shoddy deliveries

Items not delivered when chased we were advised that they were out of stock no communication of this the goods just didn t arrive Purchased elsewhere and now seeking refund

Dissatisfied with dispatch delivery

I stated on my order that the delivery address to be different to billing home address but your clever dispatch people sent the packages to my billing home address Now it is going to cost me more money to send packages where they are actually needed RAJA made the same mistake on my previous order Perhaps the online ordering system needs to improve or your people need better training to read properly

Items arrived damaged No protection during transit Courier service second rate Paid for next day delivery took 4 days to arrive Overall not impressed

Delivery Partner Are a Nighmare

No issues with their products but their delivery partner lets them down every time DX Express - 9 attempts at delivery so far you would think since it s a business address they would turn up during business hours Emails received advising they attempted delivery but CCTV shows they were never on the premises Ordering through Amazon instead at least they re reliable

Raja s quality has really gone down

Raja s quality has really gone down hill recently Ordered several hundred white card board boxes they delivered with dirty marks and ripped edges Also tightly bound with no protection so several boxes in each pack were crushed beyond use Complained and they immediately sent some replacements but these were even worse and to top it off they charged us for the replacements

The products were fine but

The products were fine but the courier company they use is awful To receive a notification that a delivery will be made between 08 00-18 00 with no live tracking is simply not acceptable in 2024 - not all the order was delivered and 1 box contained not packaging material but plastic flower pots You need to change to DPD they do everything your current company do not

Ordered some cartons some damaged

Ordered some cartons they arrived and some were damaged assuming in transit I can contacted Raja on the same day and to this day I ve received no reply
