Contacted RAMP due to cinch care package as service warning came on unexpectedly Really quick response from Chloe following submitting an email request Booked in and confirmed for next week Thank you so much for your quick and easy process to resolve the issues

I called to arrange an oil service spoke to Amy who was very helpful She gave me details on who to email as soon as I sent the email I got a response very quickly I requested a date and it was arranged Very impressed with level of communication

This was the first time I have had to contact RAMP regarding a possible fault and Jags explained exactly what was required to proceed with the work and claim He also answered my questions and made sure I had no other questions or concerns

I was helped out by Chloe this morning She was officiant and extremely polite and offered me a few options on how best to get my car sorted out I use cinch care which is covered by RAMP and it really has shown me this morning it was well worth taking out to protect my car Chloe was very reassuring and I would feel confident phoning back for advice and help hereafter

Aime was fantastic yet again I have spoken to her a few times about my warranty and she always manages to fix the issue I am having She is amazing at her job and definitely deserves the shout out
