I had recieved an email informing me that my RAMP service maintenace was due to expire I was aware also that my lease company no longer used RAMP I so wanted to stay with RAMP as I had always had great service the lovely Lady AIME in customer service was able to sort this for me Thank Youi Aime

Thanks Tymon great customer service

I spoke to Tymon as had some issues with my car when it went for the service He cleared up the problem within 5 minutes and resolved the issue and also provided me with further solutions incase the Halfords where i was having the service from wouldn t cooperate in the end the did cooperate but the support and quick solution he provided allowed me to have my car serviced the same day the efficiency was amazing and customer service was impeccable Thanks again Tymon you saved me a lot of time and headache

I have been having major issues with my Jaguar F Pace purchased from Cinch Thankfully I took out a lifetime warranty through RAMP The staff who I have spoken to have always been courteous and helpful Although I would not recommend buying a car from Cinch I would definitely recommend taking out a warranty with RAMP
