Renewed my policy with Ramp I have been corresponding with a lovely lady called Lauren who dealt with my request professionally and promptly Lauren also booked in my service for me as I told her it was due Thanks again Lauren it was lovely dealing with someone who dealt with my initial request efficiently and also up sold RAMP services by offering to book in my service for me Service date confirmation received so I am a happy customer
