Amazing

I was booking in for another routine service for my vehicle and I was greeted with great mannerisms I had a few back n fourth over email and managed to get my car booked in for the following week At first the centre had booked the wrong car in for me but ramp had quickly helped me manage to sort this I would recommend these guys as they are always perfect with customer support

Perfect cover from CHLOE

Had a couple of issues with the renewal of my policy These were very swiftly dealt with in an extremely friendly professional manner by Chloe who is a credit to the company In the process of answering my queries she also took the time to book my car in for a service which saved me the trouble of having to do that myself The cover provided by the policy is excellent and when you couple that with such first-rate Customer Service it gives you the confidence to know that your car is protected against all eventualities Thank you CHLOE you re a star

Nabil was just great on the phone had a claim paid out but was confused on the service side so was he didn t hesitate to ask his boss you know some will fob you off to ensure i don t have any issues what a great young man good Job Ramp

Friendly polite and easy to talk to

Needed to update my address and book a service at the same time Called up and spoke to Nabil who was very friendly polite and easy to talk to He got my address updated and booked my car in for a service at Halfords AutoCentre then updated it to different Halfords AutoCentre at my request within about 5 minutes Overall happy with the service provided

Good team over all Cost of diagnostic of fault should not charge upfront from policy holder Policy holder only come if there is fault in car But Nabil is good explained every thing and reconfirm with garage all work Well done nabil
