Very well made shelf ladder sturdy and good looking with extremely confortable threads Exquisite service offering customised size aluminium handrails clear varnish applied at no extra cost good quality rubber feet installed for a reasonable fee and incredibly fast delivery from the North-East of Scotland all the way to the South-East of England The ladder arrived extremely well packaged with the handrails left unattached so I can place them in the desired position sturdy bolts included I was permanently kept informed about the progression of the order and although the initial delivery date was estimated at 4 weeks the product arrived within just a few days A very impressive service and a company whose standards should set an example for the whole country
