Tickets not ordered and no notifications of confirmation

I have used this before recently and had no issue I had many windows open looking at tickets and was close to a decision but chose to postpone until the next day Closed all windows and then the next day I DO NOT have an order number had NO EMAIL of an order from Rate Your Seats did not decide to order tickets and suddenly the next day get tickets ready to be transferred to TicketMaster I HAVE NOT ACCEPTED tickets DID NOT order tickets and will DISPUTE the charge for tickets

Bogus site Paid and payment w as immediately charged even though their own website states pending charges until you get electronic tickets Paid in July and it s now October with nothing from them Not even seat numbers Says legally obligated to deliver the day before the game Making that November 20thupdate- 10-21-2021Still finding legal ways to wiggle out of sending the tickets what if I am at the stadium office and still nothing then I can t even go in webiste said 100 guaranteed satisfaction which is a lieDO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOUR RICH

Stay away from this scam company Completely misrepresent seat locations and don t explain acronym like SRO Website diagram shows seats in middle of section but they are nose bleeds in Standing Room Only section SRO I had no idea that is what SRO meant and they show seat numbers in row SRO I called within 5 minutes after purchasing and they refused to refund or exchange tickets Told me to resell them on stub hub or similar How can I sell something I don t have until the day before the game 2 months from now Yes this game is 2 months from now and they still would do nothing to correct the misrepresentation on their website This is deceptive advertising

Never received my tickets I ordered tickets for Phila Phillies Fri 8 25 Standing Room Only I contacted customer service they said sent Friday 8 25 5 15pm via email tickets in a attached pdf file I monitored my email all day evening never received I contacted my email provider they confirmed no email sent from rateyourseats com with an attached pdf file An investigation was promised by Rateyourseats com but never heard back I ll never order from this company again Always from the team ticket provider My suggestion is not to transfer tickets via email Use an app website like Ballpark sign in view print your tickets Wow what a rip off scam fraud They promise of ticket delivery or money back Well that didn t happen

Do NOT buy tickets from this scam of a company I asked for a refund after finding out they had charged me way more than what the tickets were worth They refused to refund and told me that I could resell them myself for a profit So I filed a dispute with my bank which then made my PayPal balance in the negative 500 70 I went to click on the link that they sent me to claim them so I could try and resell them and they said they were already claimed by another email address This company said that since I filed a dispute they resold my tickets and kept my money
