I rarely write reviews and never put 1 star to anyone but not now I ve placed my order on Friday paying for 24 hours delivery service On Monday I gave a call to the company questioning about my order I was told they were not working over the weekend but I would get my item on Tuesday for sure And tadam I ve got it on Wednesday Maybe you think it s not a big deal but when you re traveling or purchasing items as a gift and you are paying for 24 hours delivery service you don t expect it to be like this And I haven t got any apologies from that side So the product itself is amazing but the customer service and delivery are super low

Disappointed

I order for serrapenzyme since early January and it supposed to be delivered 15th to 20th February but till now nothing was done about it I have seen my package no call no email I really felt disappointed please send my goods to me

Raw Living are a great company so this is a little unfair in that this is about Royal Mail or Parcelforce who now deliver for Raw Living As a consequence of this having being a loyal customer of Raw Living for some time I am seriously thinking of ordering elsewhere Royal Mail are completely unreliable Having tried to track order just now unable to do so When changed delivery date previously Royal Mail did not adhere to it So I stayed in all day for nothing Seriously Raw Living don t lose customers because of this diabolical company
