Like most people we were very apprehensive about buying property in Spain We found Space Real Estate online and sent an email enquiry which was followed up immediately by Lorraine She instantly put us at ease explaining the process and providing us with the confidence to move forward We had weekly calls and she was on hand all times of the day and night and at weekends to answer any questions that popped into our heads Before our visit to Spain she had built up a shortlist of properties that we would potentially be interested in We arrived in Spain and met Ryan who had arranged a number of viewings in preparation of our visit He was very knowledgeable and patient and nothing was too much trouble We managed to find a property and the team put us in touch with a lawyer and someone that could handle the currency exchange As someone who has worked in real estate for over 20 years in the UK I can t recommend the team highly enough Great communication local knowledge professionalism and hardworking My advice to anyone considering buying is to do your homework understand the Spanish system and to get in touch with Lorraine Ryan and the Space Real Estate team a truly 5 star experience from beginning to end Thank you

I had a really great experience - excellent customer service - very helpful and down to earth I would definitely recommend their services Lorraine De Marco was my first point of contact and she was incredibly professional and helpful She put together options which very much ticked a lot of our boxes and that saved a lot of time I particularly liked her friendly and informal style - it made the whole experience much more enjoyable Milan Popovi was the agent who showed us various properties and I really liked his no nonsense but very helpful and patient approach Thank you for helping us find our property - we enjoyed the journey

Milan was so helpful He took us to view properties He collected us and took us back to where we were staying He did video viewings with us when we were in the UK He coordinated the offers with the vendors agents He even drove us to the solicitors after we had our offer accepted to sign the deeds He did an inventory of the house we were buying and sent a video of the property to us after we got home as we had forgotten some of the details It was a completely stress-free purchase and we are very pleased with our new property Thank you Milan I have already recommended him to two people I know looking to purchase in a similar area
