Never book with Cubos homes again
Arrived at apartment on 5th Aug cubos agent should have been there at 3pm rang them at 3 15pm told me would be another 20 minutes for agent to meet us At 3 45pm had to call them again still no agent with keys they said the had crashed car and would be delayed chased them with another phone call and finally a agent arrived with keys he did not give us a tour of the apartment my partner asked where swimming pool was he didn t know tries to take him to roof as he believed it was there in the end my partner found the pool and how we would have to access this He came back to apartment and said I needed to sign this agreement and agree to pay a 300 euro deposit which I was expecting he wanted me to pay in cash and this would be refunded to me 48 hours after leaving how they were going to pay me my deposit back when I live in the uk I don t know so I refused and paid on credit card On Sunday 6th Aug I left a message on WhatsApp as this was their preferred way of contact to complain that the tv in the master bedroom was not working and the light in the balcony was constantly flickering if any of my family had epilepsy this would have caused a seizure No response from them what so ever on the evening when returning to the apartment we noticed that the artificial grass on balcony was absolutely drenched with water Rang them about this on Monday 7th told me they would contact the owner regarding the faults on Tuesday we noticed water running down the interior wall from the air con unit and there was an electrical socket where tv was plugged in directly below the air con unit the water was leaking under the tv unit and we had to mop this regularly My partner too a look at the air con unit outside and there were loose pipes so again contacted cubos about this with no response My 84 yr old dad slipped and twisted his knee on the wet surface I also fell down on the wet marble trying to help my dad up I rang Cubos and emailed them about this and all I got was that they would contact the owner again I fiollowed up my previous call to them and this now was Thursday 10th Aug sand they told me the owners would visit the property that evening and I know he never came as I had left him a note by the balcony doors where he would have had to have picked note up to enter balcony all these events totally ruined our holiday and will never recommend this company to anyone s again think their motto is dump you and leave you and just ignore problems my partner put a container under the air con outside to catch the water and he was having to empty this water several times a day

Stay away from Cubos cannot be trusted
Seems that Cuboshome are cheating customers almost every time Very nice once you order but after taking your payment their service does not exist They do not check houses we naively tourist rent from them We rented house in Co n name Casa Rural Vista Montana On arrival were welcomed by Cubos employee Cristina She was extremely in a hurry to go home We discovered serious problems with hundreds of bees around pool which was impossible to use the pool We had 3 small kids and it was just dangerous Cubo s Cristina once we mentioned problem answer It is normal turned around and left We got in contact with owner and same rude answer I could not believe it We had to leave without having other option to stay It was very clear and I expected refund Got answer from Cubos Mohamed Sadik that insects are normal in Spain forget all about refund My advise do not use that provider That take your money and do not care about your spoiled vacations

A most unhelpful company
A most unhelpful company They either ignore your emails give you incorrect or incomplete information Sometimes the answers are so abrupt as to be rude All they are interested in is taking your money Booking a villa and wanting it to be a simple and enjoyable experience is not what Cubo do thus adding to the stress and uncertainty of your holiday I ll not use their properties again

Beware this company
Beware this company They operate as a scam They list properties which are not available and after receiving your payment will not refund your money They pretend to offer support and other properties in lieu of the one you reserved I was left with no holiday home and no money BEWARE Stay away from this company

The most disgusting company I have ever
The most disgusting company I have ever dealt with An absolute scam Avoid this company at all costs Do not go anywhere near this company I m warning you now Firstly they charged us a late fee when we were delayed we explained that obviously was not our fault but arrived to our holiday home with complete hostility Secondly while we were there the washing machine blew up so you would think that s the owners responsibility it was there to be used and we only used it once and it nearly caught on fire but no this company tried to charge us for this as well Then the absolute cherry on top is that I paid the deposit in British pounds directly to their representative The company then lied and said I paid in euros I have evidence to support I paid in pounds but they took no notice so they pocketed the extra and called me a liar When I asked for my deposit back of 60 they tried to get me to sign a contract saying I wouldn t write anything bad about them otherwise I would be fined 10000 Have you heard anything like this a company threatening you and holding you to ransom to sign something like that for a refund that is legally mine Please avoid at all costs

Holiday with cubos apartments
We are only half way through our stay but having looked at previous comments here on trust pilot I have to say cubos have been extremely helpful we needed extra bedding as its been a bit chilly during the night and it was delivered the very next day Our apartment is lovely with all we need As I say its only been a week with 1 week more to go but up untill now extremely happy will update at end of holiday
