Every time they send you a promotion
Every time they send you a promotion code and you try to use it on your phone to pre-order a pickup at the Box the promotion code can t be moved and it s too far at the bottom of your phone page to be able to type it in Either that or they send you an e-mail with a promotion code that doesn t work until two days from that date but they don t tell you that until you frustrated yourself at the Redbox trying to enter the stupid code in several times I am so sick of them

Redbox has simply gone downhill
This company has rapidly gone downhill over the years I used to really enjoy getting movies from Redbox and the wait time for customer service was quick As soon as you called this company up it seemed instantly someone would be on the other end I very very rarely call Redbox customer service anymore Today Friday 8 27-21 I called at 11 15 MST After a 10 minute wait I finally got a lady and explained to her what was going on After not one not two but THREE attempts at explaining the same thing she still didn t understand what I was asking her and she had the audacity to hang up on me Absolutely useless

Tried to reserve a game
Tried to reserve a game said my card was not authorized Tried to reserve it a 5 other locations didn t work I gave up checked my bank account got changed for every reservation Called customer support they said the money would go back into my account in 5 days That s ridiculous if my card is not authorized why would the money be pulled anyway That s straight up fraud and I will never use this terrible company s service ever again

Impossible On Purpose
I think Redbox purposefully makes it next to impossible for you to figure out how to contact them when you have a problem with a disk I think they figure if they make it hard enough people will just give up and go away Horrible unfathomable website when it comes to trying to accomplish anything

Redbox on demand is horiable
Redbox on demand is horiable I have a brand new Samsung crystal clear TV I rented the latest Fast and Furious Pic quality on 4K has not good but even worse the digital sound kept going from low to high but mostly low so had to adjust and turn up volume every 10-15 minutes I m sure that my neighbors appreciated that Thanks Redbox but you suck

I rented a movie returned it rented
I rented a movie returned it rented several more after then I got my bank statement where I was overcharged 48 And they refused to refund my money this was it before iv had issues before for a much smaller amount12 88 no problem refunding but I spoke to a supervisor who cared less and was rude never will I rent again I am so upset and guess they cared less to lose a customer

Redbox will be like Blockbuster
I ve realized that the movies that are being released and available on Redbox are also available on Amazon Prime or other movie avenues I m taking a guess that Redbox will become like Blockbuster Everything is available very quickly and mostly part of paid subscriptions

Worst ever
Worst ever They are thieves Rented 3 movies on 10 16 and returned on 10 19 Just to get 2 different transaction holds on 2 different amounts placed on my account by redbox to cover a 17 49 charge which that s what the receipt showed we would owe Now they have tried to blame my financial institution on the hold when it s their doing They are nothing but thieves and liers

Rented 2 movies from redbox yesterday tried to return to nearest redbox at walgr ens the machine wasn t working so went 3 miles down the road to return to krogers redbox my account was charged 7 89 they said they added another day of rentals to my account which seemed wrong it cost me 4 95 to rent those felt it was wrong they charged me that because one machine wasn t working properly won t be renting any movies from them anymore
