Worst customer service Ive experienced in my life after 10 weeks I recieved a package thinking this was what Ive been waiting for only to see its just the mask I ordered and payed for the full suit Here we are 9 months down the line and not a single more thing has been delievered I cant even get an ETA or return the mask to get my money back this is ridiculous I bought the suit for a film project and have no use for parts of a suit They are using photoshopped images to give off the impression that they are producing full suit when they are not My bank reserached and found it to be a company in Watford but they wrote a complete different address on my invoice After speaking to Etsy s customer service I found out that they have been terminated from the platform for safety reasons Be aware

Bad business I paid for the suite and almost a year later no response back until I finally hit from another account to act like I m placing an order and finally got a response If you accept people money please be responsive Also why take new money when you re backed up at bare minimum a year This is ridiculous

Only person and place making ninja turtles mask suits like the movie

This is the only person I found and know that is worth buying a legit ninja turtle helmet that looks just like the movies you just need to be patient and keep in mind that it is hand crafted and your not the only client but when you get your product it s way more worth the wait I plan on buying the other 3 v2 helmets and then get a full suit I love my Donny helmet so much thank you

I ordered a Mikey mask for my husband s 40th birthday I was so happy to see the joy in his eyes when he opened that box and saw Michelangelo staring back at him it was worth the wait Catherine was great with getting back to me and putting up with my emails making sure the mask arrived by his birthday When ordering be patient It s worth the wait and you will wait The moulds are hand made each one is hand painted it s art It will take time Thank you so much for making his day

Took a while to arrive but boy oh boy was it worth the wait The craftsmanship is outstanding the attention to detail is something I ve never seen in any of the competition before and I own a few For any serious turtle fan and collector this is an absolute must You ll never get closer to the real thing it s like they re taken straight from the films Communication was perfect I was kept in the loop throughout the entire time and Catherine has been very kind to answer all of my questions swiftly and attentively which I appreciate seeing how they must be absolutely swamped I honestly feel that any bad review is either from the jealous competition or some bitter customers who don t understand how much work goes into custom hand made stuff But then you ll always get those types of customers take it from someone working as a freelance artist myself who has had to deal with some very unpleasant people no matter what I did to try and please them I for one rate these guys as the top of the top in the turtle game I would give 10 stars if I could

I can t say enough amazing things about ReelTime You re not only getting an UNREAL piece of art you re also getting a MEGA piece of reality from your childhood My Mikey V2 mask blew me away From all the little details to the craftsmanship you can tell that so much passion is being put into these masks and suits Fine art takes time and I was more than happy to wait 8 weeks for my mask It now sits happily on the middle shelf of my TMNT display case I see a lot of negative comments about Reeltime but I will always stand by them and will forever say that they are the best around You won t find anything that will even come close to the realism of their work I KNOW because I ve searched years and years for the best out there So thank you Reeltime for your hard work and craft It shows and I will always get my TMNT mask from you
