Terrible taste

Reflex products are always top class but the delivery firm is not great I wasn t in when they delivered wouldn t leave in a safe place as I know have to drive 15 miles to there nearest depot

The delivery was swift and good but the protein bars are the worst i have ever tasted and i have had many different makes over the years They are dry and taste nothing like the flavours they are supposed to be Having to cut them up into small pieces to use them up

Order placed 24th August 2023 got a email on 25th August 2023 your parcel is delayed in transit this is the worst excuse I have ever heard I haven t heard from then since I rather have a refund now and would never buy anything from this company again

Abysmal delivery service

I have yet to receive my order and have been in touch with customer services but yet to receive a reply I ve been using this company for three years and this is the first negative experience I have had but unfortunately it is a significant one The reply says they have emailed me separately - I have done as asked and checked my inbox and my spam folder to find there is no email

Have issues with the protein powder I

Abysmal delivery service They left the parcel in the porch on show for the passing public to see They said they had left the parcel with my neighbor when they hadn t as they had lied about the surname of my neighbor and my neighbor knew nothing about the parcel Luckily I got home early from work so saw the parcel in the porch I m sick of the laziness of the delivery drivers who are in such a rush they are willing to lie and makes surnames up just so they can dump the parcel without a second s thought

Have issues with the protein powder I received having hard chunks in that don t mix leaving it lumpy Emailed customer service and no reply previously enjoyed their products but this is poor

Absolute rubbish company

The Plant Based Protein flavours are awful How double chocolate can be labelled as double chocolate given that it tastes like salty sea water I don t know Bought unflavoured banana double chocolate and vanilla and they all taste very similar except DC Would not buy again

Didn t receive my product

Absolute rubbish company They used to be really good but have gradually been going downhill since being taken over rebranding by as AB Sports Nutrition and the final straw for me was how they blatantly lied about pricing and discounts even though they knew I had previous orders going back years

The expiry date shows 2025 but both of my products are bad the powder is like grain of sand and I felt really bad when I made a shake the tast is really bad tasted bitter
