Great product but the change to new bags isn t great the reseal just doesn t work - unlike the old ones which were perfect - why did you change and who approved the new design

I haven t tried the product yet The -2 star is for the shipping delivery The website states you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days I ordered on a Saturday and didn t get a shipment notification or any follow-up until the following Friday the 5th business day and the product arrived a day after that so outside the delivery window Not the worst thing just very slow considering the order I placed with a competitor at the same time only took one business day to arrive and that was without paying extra for shipping So I ll test out the product if it s much better then I might order again as long as I m not in a hurry to receive it EDIT I ve revised my star-rating upward as Reflex reached out and refunded the shipping fees I appreciated that extra touch I m likely to give Reflex another try The vanilla instant whey pro was good as well

I love product and company I gave 4 stars as problem with delivery This is second time I had problem with DPD First time they did deliver to wrong address and now they just abandoned package in front of my house Customer Service resolved problem but I lost my nerves and time

I have been using Reflex protein products for many years and have found them to be good quality and enjoy taking them with good results And staff more than helpful With advice when needed But I recently with my order a shaker after having purchased one that was aluminium which was very good quality The one that came with this order was plastic and was very poor quality and leaks the first time I used it Regards woody

Great delivery and service The chocolate perfection whey mixes well but is a very subtle chocolate flavour

Products are excellent very much value for money however the packaging can be improved as when anyone opens the package and it is stuffed with the shredded cardboard bits the items get covered in brown dust and cardboard stuff that you have to clean of the packaging Overall very satisfied have been ordering from here for over a year now

So never actually received my product but they did send me an empty envelope So after my initial review they actually contacted me and sent me out my products With that I can not fault their customer service excellent I look forward to trying my products out Thank you

delivery was prompt and products arrived fine some of the products not great ie protein bars - very stiff not much flavour and felt like dense protein powder cramed into a rectangle shape The clear mango whey is far too sweet to drink at the recommended mix - i half the portion for 500ml water and that is better

Decent clear whey mango is OK little too furry and fake tasting but they sent a free sample of the raspberry and will be back for that when I run out Communication good website could show expected delivery date as I had to email and ask but prompt reply and then ended up coming a day early
